Modernizing an Outdated Rowhome
This home didn’t need a full gut renovation, but it needed care, updates, and a clear vision. The space felt tired, with aging systems and an inefficient layout. We upgraded the major systems, refreshed the interiors while preserving the home’s character, and improved the flow, including adding a dedicated laundry area.
A small but memorable moment from the project was discovering a squirrel that had made itself at home inside. Over a few days, we safely relocated it back to the yard, a reminder that every property has its own story. In the end, the house became a warm, efficient, move-in-ready home that ultimately found the perfect first-time buyer.
