Who We Are
We’re Erika and Jeremy, parents, veterans, and the founders of Stellus Partners, built on leadership, accountability, and trust. Our backgrounds in military service continue to shape how we lead, communicate, and make decisions today.
Our Experience
Erika holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and serves on the zoning board in her hometown township. Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management. Together, we bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to every project, balancing vision with execution.
What Drives Us
Our children are our driving force and the reason we focus on building things that last. We consider ourselves disciplined, energetic, and innovative leaders who are also approachable and easy to talk to. We value relationships and genuinely enjoy meeting new people and collaborating with others.
